So many that I don't know where to start, Brie, Stilton, Phillidelphia, Danish Blue, Parmesan, the list goes on. I love cheese.

That just made me think of kedgeree. No had that in ages.

Personally, it's a yes from this globe trotting gastronaut.

 

Any fish baked in the oven in a wee tin foil parcel with a knob of butter and salt and pepper is fantastic.

Add a wee bit of chilli with Salmon.

Just saying.

180 degrees for 10 minutes peeps

 

In my opinion that's the only way to cook fresh fish.

 

Deep fried mars bar with a Dairylea cheese square melted over the top is the bomb.
