I've not been to Norwich for ages, I'm getting to the point of longing to move back home. I visit Suffolk quite often, I have relatives in Bramfield, Blythburgh and Worlingham!
I love Blythburgh and Bungay its a beautiful part of the world until you get to Lowestoft! You're still young enough to make the change mate if you want to badly enough. I hate it where I'm living now but when the kids are old enough I shall be moving back up to Cambridgeshire.
I went to school in Bungay, it was a grammar school back then, all boys when I started then it became co-ed when they closed the girl's school in Beccles!
Home ends in the corners have pillars where the floodlights are, so home fans in those seats get ten pounds off. Away end is in a cantilever stand, as i said yesterday, and indeed as you would know yourself had you been to Carrow Road at all since 2003.
Clearly not! The away section at Carrow Road is as good as most in the country these days, bar a handful. Most home fans are pretty jealous of the facilities - I know I am in the Barclay. Compared to Portman Road's away facilities its a massive difference. I know you don't agree and the home ends are much better but the away section really is appalling. It's why our fans call it a dump, because that's all they get to see.
Should be £50 we need the cash, if we were in your position the last thing Id be worried about would be the price it would just be if I could get one! get on and support your club and stop moaning in this brief moment of being up above us; you know you going to have to dine out on it for at least another 20 years!
No one is forcing you to contribute to this thread 23 Why don't you go onto our board and post some more of your Restaurant drivel!
We will take our full allocation just as we have at Southampton, Brighton, Brentford, Millwall etc,,, The main issue is that Football is just too bloody expensive and that includes ticket pricing at Ipswich which is a complete joke. Football gets away with it because it relies on the emotional attachment of the fans but paying anything over £25 to watch 2nd tier football is really disgusting imo. I go to more Cambridge Utd games these days where I can watch a decent game of football for just over a tenner and I never feel short changed,
Warky we didn't take our full allocation to Millwall !!!!! I should hope we took our tiny allocation to Brentford just down the road mate!
I do also like Kessingland and Pakefield DM it's just Lowestoft which is a real **** hole! Oh and don't talk to me about Yarmouth!
You mentioned about the posts getting in the way, twice. I've had this problem myself but away fans do have an unobstructed view as Supers said.
Having complained about the price of the ticket JWM, I see the game has been SOLD OUT so either there are a few 1p5wich supporters out there willing to pay £40 to see the Old Farm Game or all the tickets have gone to NCFC supporters incidentally I've just recently paid over £40 to see City play Derby in March. Ticket prices at Carrow Road are graded so you pay more for the bigger games but not as much for the lesser teams. Consider yourself lucky warky that you weren't regarded as a lesser team, 'cause then your ticket would have been cheaper
