Where are the spectators in the stadiums? Most seem empty in the you tube vid!

Looks good, however he can **** right off with that 'slidey on knees' goal celebration bollocks, makes me nervous, does he not know we're cursed with injuries?

Good scoring record albeit in vastly inferior leagues, i'll refrain from any form of excitement after the flops of the last transfer window though.

N'Doye on a perm and Lennon on loan and things will be looking a lot better than before, don't know much about N'Doye but surely, SURELY he can't be worse than Sagbo.....can he??

    Wouldn't say flops:

Hernandez - Showed signs, too early to judge. Needs run of games
    Snodgrass - played 30 mins
    Diame - best player
Dawson - been good when plays, best cb after Chester
    Robertson - great buy
Maguire - Always one for future, solid displays (especially Arsenal)
Ince - not had a chance in proper position for some reason
    Ben Arfa - Disaster
Ramirez - Believe he will be key 2nd half of season

I'd say only Ince and Ben Arfra didn't work out.

I know you can't go by Youtube, but as that was all his goals from a season and not his cherry picked best clips, its fair to say he looks a natural finisher. Decent ball control, good right foot, hits the ball early, capable in the air.

If he has the right attitude we could be onto a 10 goal striker.

Some of that defending was shocking though.

Could be a very very good buy. Does this mean 4-4-2 with a winger likely to be coming in too?

    pretty much agree with -

its the last four names ... i think im agreeing with you
Liked what ive seen of Maguire but im a bit concerned with his pace
Ince needs to be given a proper chance in the prem for us before i can judge
BenDover - if we retained him , then same as Ince really - shot at Dawn .
    Ramirez - erm thingy !

Demba Ba would be good but I can't see it happening. Having said that, aren't his knees a ticking timebomb?

It's strange that their chairman has said we've made a bid for Ba, he doesn't have a reason to lie.

Is anyone running this story or just a tweet from the aptly named Blunderside?

I was refering to the jubilation of deadline day, jury's still out on all 3 of them for me, a lot of people seem to forget the in the games leading up to Diames injury he was woeful.

Ben Arfa not included for obvious reasons.

Ba 18 in 20 for Besiktas, knows PL, Senegal just eliminated from ACN.. he'd be my first choice
N'Doye has good scoring record too..
