I got some of that at the Xmas market How come Scottish cheddar is better than English cheddar? Is it because they're ****s?
This stuff is pretty dirty too, like a cross between cheshire and butter wrapped in fiery peppercorns. It's called Caboc and they make it in Tain (I think) please log in to view this image
Mild Cheddar from the wee hamilton accie shop round the corner ... The LOCO. £1 for a block. That or the stuff from McDonalds.
