I'm a little surprised that our lack of activity hasn't been made more of in the media, I'd have thought a few pundits would have been questioning what the hell is going on, they usually do with other aspects of our club.
Borini not on the bench for Liverpool tonight. Lambert and Balotelli instead + Sturridge back next week. Could he possibly be available for a loan move?
we are probably only realisticly in the loan market and will have to wait for any parent club to get its targets sorted no doubt
been on Talksport, that Hull are hoping to open talks with Lennon......whether this was just meaning we were interested or that he's entered talks, nothing on Twitter about it, so I'm guessing it's the latter!
I keep reading about financial restrictions being placed on us as a result of getting close to overspilling over our spend and wage bill in connection with FFP, but I was under the impression this is judged over a three year period, can anyone enlighten me as to what the hell is going on
Spend is over three years, so isn't currently an issue. Wages are an issue, as we're not far off our limit(though we have the £50k a week from Ben Arfa to play with).
Cheers bummers. I was asking about him. After doing extensive google research, he's the man I think we should go for. He's experienced, he's scored goals at the highest level, he's apparently available on reasonable terms and he might actually be willing to come to us. No brainer for me.
