He's on my current 'hit list' of people I have to see live ........ I was lucky enough to catch Joe Cocker in Italy before he left us.
I saw Sea Sick in Liverpool following his first album. 7 quid in at Barfly. Trashed like, didn't remember much of it other than his three string and crate.
Just thought I'd hoy this on an old thread as it isn't worth a new one but fits on the theme here. We went to the Radio 2 Folk Music Awards at the Royal Albert Hall and, I have to be honest, I'd never heard of this bloke. He has an air about that makes me think I wouldn't want to meet him but, boy did he put everything into this performance.
