    Hi guys !

Just a thought !!... Would it be possible for me to do a weekly Football Tipster thread page thingy ?

I’ve sent my ‘Football Selections,’ to other forums for a number of years now and always had decent feedback. It’s mainly fun based and not in any way serious, yet still with an incentive to win a little pocket money, nothing more.

I’ve had plenty of success from my advice over the seasons, although the idea is not based on becoming a millionaire, rather me having fun finding ‘Value’ bets instead of going for teams with odds of say 1/3 or worse.

I like a bet, but don’t advocate heavy stakes. I have a system that has shown profit over the years but not great profits.

Because I’ve won on four occasions this season, so far, I thought it might be a good idea to try and share the wealth and post my ‘Value Selections’ before kick-off time every Saturday, in case some might want to follow them, at least.

Many of my mates not only go for my selections in ‘full,’ but sometimes they pick maybe only one or two selections to put with their own, which is a great idea too.

There is never any animosity or bad blood, it’s just simple fun.

Remember, it’s small stakes together with ‘value odds’ as opposed to the ‘Banker 1/7 shot’....which are so easy to pick and then look stupid when that team loses.

Obviously, I won’t reveal my system of study, however, the people who follow my selections have said on different forums that – “On average, Jeff’s selections rarely seem to get beat.”

Having said that, if a selection doesn’t win but ends up drawing, your bet is still down, (unless I’ve advised the draw) ...but I suppose what they are trying to say is that on balance, my selections always seem to be in with a great chance of winning rather than being tonked.

My theory of how it would work is - I would enter my selections between a Thursday and Saturday morning and ask for the moderator to wipe the thread on the following Wednesday ready for my next week’s selections.

    Just a thought mind !

    Oh I didn't realise Funk.

It's just that it wouldn't put me out in any way because these selections would have already been researched and picked out as a 'set' and sent to other places, so there wouldn't be any extra work for me to do except to cut and paste them onto a fresh thread on here.

I could maybe do it as a trial and if there is no interest, well that's fine by me.

What could do this week is post my selections onto this thread and see what people think.

If it's not wanted, then no offence will be taken !

Some guy started super6 in the pubs around our way a few years ago.

Next thing you know it's national. Hope the lad made some money out of it.

No, each week there are six games, if you get the six scores right you either win, or if someone else gets the six scores right, share £250,000.

If no one gets the six scores right the person with the highest points (5 points for a correct score and 2 points for a correct result) wins £5,000, if more than one person has the same points there is a tie break (you forecast the time of the first goal scored as a tie break question).

It's a no brainer really, the only thing to watch for is that they try to get you to sign up to an account with sky bet, but I just ignore it.

My entire family do the sky super six every week, we have our own league (one of you just need to set it up on the super six website then invite the others to join, its easy)

Its good fun and keeps our interest without laying out any cash. <ok>

My daughter set up our league, I am sure you need to provide e-mail addresses to join a private league so that might prove difficult.

Why not fella, a weekly thread as a suppose to a permanent one would probably get more responses.
