I have not called them Scummers, I have not mentioned pony fiddling, I had one of the most reacted to threads about the fat German probably selling up whilst the going was good with over 130 replies before being closed down by Chilco Saint mod, despite many posters saying they were enjoying the banter including our own mod Meowth.. I have done nothing wrong so maybe Meowth you can refer to the owner as this is unfair and he has still not responded to my application to be a Supermod!

Now if one was thinking clearly I would suggest you have achieved your desired end - when you go on another board and use words that are not complimentary about the clubs owner do you honestly think it will be greeted by "oh its that little scamp again" I would suggest you would be better served on concentrating on the prediction thread which you seem to be decending far too quickly you are making Eddie the Eagle look like a consummate skier - just a thought
Look at this way, SB3. If you were given a life sentence in prison and then one day a tree fell on the barbed wire and you strolled out over it whilst the guards were not looking, would you expect them to just say, "well, he hasn't done anything wrong today" and let you stay at Liberty? Or would you expect the Police to bundle you into a van a take you straight back?

Having read most of that thread it does seem a little bit sad to ban SB3 just for that, I fully understand about the past, but really that was a good thread and there was some good banter flying in both ways. I made a point about the old 606 being more fun and it gives me no pleasure in saying that things on the Saints board seem stricter even than the dear old beeb. There's plenty of banter, much more inflammatory than SB3, allowed across most of the rest of the not606 forum between rival fans and rightly so. Have a look at some of the other PL boards, they manage to cope with it pretty well. We've put up with a lot of stick since our decline and for the most part, accepted it with good grace. If we were to adopt as strict a policy here there would be quite a few banned Southampton fans on this board. I'd personally leave the forum before that was allowed to happen on here.
I haven't been on the Saints board for some years now...... much too Hyacinth Bucket nowadays for my liking. Those who take the trouble to visit us are much more fun. Totally agree with everything you've said there meowth.
What's the point of that then? Something about sauces geese and ganders springs to mind.............. And just because there's thread it doesn't mean the sensitive souls have to read it......
I went on there merely to view SB3's thread, and very amusing reading it was too, to my mind. Good banter on there.
