Perez has got a good chance of topping his tier because Renault are going to be hit very hard by the tightening of the diffuser regulations so they could lose a lot of pace and Mercedes will again be hit by their high tyre wear while Perez could again finish high up due to being able to make his tyres last much longer. Webber has got no chance of topping his tier because he is not going to beat Vettel so while he is a big name he is virtually guaranteed no points.
