Ristac Sharp is 5feet 9 Fondre is 5feet 9 why do we need Le Fondre when we have Sharp who has a better scoring record I believe I believe we need alternatives and yes I know we cant buy anyone yet and yet is the appropriate word believe me MC will have had this problem well sussed I am not getting at you I just cannot see how LE Fondre will make any difference or am I missing something I feel that we have now got an aggresive centre back who will be commanding in both boxes now we need a big striker Doukara as WJ will tell you I dont rate he jumps to 5 feet when he is 6feet 4 he cant head aball and thats what ITHINK we need Hope I have explained the problem and how we can solve it do your satisfaction
By the way for aerial power we need someone who can take corners and free kicks we have no wingers which is more the pity
Exactly my point, just because someone is tall it doesn't mean that they are going to get you goals and with Cani or Pavoletti we are stepping into the unknown again
Sharp and Le Fondre are pretty much even when you look at the stats, I believe Le Fondre is better but just an opinion. I am NOT saying we should sign anyone of this nature, I am stating that if it has to be a FREE or LOAN signing then I would prefer to get a proven player rather than players we have not heard of and who are untried. If it were down to me I would wait until we can get someone we really want and utilise what we have. I am glad you don't rate Doukara because you compared the two we are linked with to Matt Smith. I am pointing out that neither are as tall as Smith and neither are taller than players we already have available. So what makes you feel they will be better than Doukara? I have seen Le Fondre play, I know he can score goals, he is proven at this level and I doubt any of us on here can say what Cani or Pavoletti are going to be like, to simply say we need a striker because he is big and tall is ludicrous. So exactly what I said in point number 2
Ristac you are quite correct Le Fondre has scored 152 goals in 400 app a lot if them were scored in lower leagues though Sharp has scored 137 in 327 so I think you will agree they have similar scoring records so why replace Sharp with Le fondre sorry its a no no
Just a thought if you are going to Eurpoe this year I think it would be a wise decision to delay buying Euros until you go I know they seem to be cheap now but I think they will be much cheaper in 4 months time Its only my opinion so please dont slate me too much I know I like to stickl my neck out but thats they way I am
So in other words you read the same article in the newspaper that I did and the exchange rate will be circa 1.50€ to the £ by July. Just that you've made it sound as if this is some sort of inside knowledge of FOREX you have
In a totally unrelated post chippy / glory the poster of obvious things says. Some plants are non hardy and can be damaged/killed by frost. If planting non hardy specimens if you plant them now they are likely to be damaged by frost. In other news Greece may or may not leave the euro, or default on their loans. The value of foreign currency can go down as well as up.
BOTH MILLWALL fans travelling to Leeds United this season will once again be required to collect their match tickets from a motorway service station. The Lions face the Whites at Elland Road on February 14. West Yorkshire Police were considering lifting the restrictions imposed on away supporters but have instead decided that they should remain in place. The force were asked to comment last week but declined to make a statement. That match will kick off at 3pm but both Millwall supporters must exchange vouchers for their tickets at Woolley Edge Services between 12:15pm and 1:45pm. Chief executive Andy Ambler said: "Our goal for next season is that our fans can purchase their tickets for a game at Leeds as they would for any other match. "Leeds understand our point of view, and both clubs are indeed committed to try to find a way to make this happen in unison with the authorities."
No one could "make the suggestions" he does and actually mean them. I wonder if he has Mark Carney (head of the Bank of England)s address, I am sure Mr Carney could do with being told that the Greek election result could cause a run on the Euro.... STILL UNANSWERED Why are they, based on what, that they are 6' 2" and 6' 4" or do you know something we don't?
