Yup. We could've brought on Coq, make our defence tighter which has already been suspect today. But no, we keep on Flamini and bring on a winger and a striker.
Only watching this in fits and bursts... but couldn't both their centre halves have been sent off several times?
We made that far harder on ourselves than it needed to be but ultimately it was mostly comfortable. Glad to get the win. Need to work on those lapses (looking at you Flamini.)
That was harder than it needed to be. Brighton did well but our defence. I don't want to see Flamini in an Arsenal shirt again. Chambers needs a lot of time still. And Szcezney... sigh.
Strange score. But what we can take away from this game, Flamini is clearly not good enough, even the same for Shez, near the end of the 87th minute the ball was going to him he could've let it run to waste time, instead he collects it, throws it out wide to Gibbs putting Gibbs under pressure who then has to make one of those weak clearances giving the ball back to Brighton, and all you have to is ask is why? Just why the **** do you needlessly need to do that, I don't understand.
That is just bias. Chez did nothing wrong all game and couldn't be faulted for any of the goals. Gibbs still has plenty of time on the ball after the pass. Flamini isn't good enough for sure.
