Llorente's club (Bilbao) aren't doing any better than Liverpool are so I could see him leaving. As for Mata Valencia still need to sell players for their stadium debt which means he would leave if the right amount is offered, he would prob want champions league football though.

In all honesty I am shocked at what they spent on Henderson and Carroll. Adam for £7m is a great deal. These are two players who have 1 full season in the league each. Carroll is expected to be the main targetman already and no doubt Henderson will be a starter on the right of midfield. When you compare them fees for the £22m on Suarez it is scary. Suarez was an acomplished player in a decent league and is the star performer for his national team. That was a good deal but for what Dalglish has paid for them two he needs his head checking in all honesty.

A few hundred million. They can't sell the stadium they are in now are can't finish building the stadium they are going to move in to so they are stuck in limbo basically. This is what it looks like now

    Henderson - 16mil (Plus add-ons)
    Carroll - 35mil
    Adam - 7mil

    Thats £58million.

And anyway, why do you guys care? Its not your money, and to be fair, you did just spend £16million on Phil Jones so you can't say anything about Jordan Henderson. Charlie Adam was spoken of highly by Sir Alex who claimed his corners were worth £10million alone. Andy Carroll's fee was paid by Roman Abrahimovich after an agreement between Liverpool and Chelsea included them paying for Torres' replacement (Andy Carroll) and £15million. Also take into account Mike Ashley would of held out for the best possible price before the window closed, it was also transfer deadline day and Andy had a five year contract with them.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion and theirs mine.

Also, this is a Manchester United board is it not?

Liverpool were the only club in for Henderson. Why you needed to spend £20m I'll never know. 4 top clubs were in for Jones so we had to spend a bit more to sign him. Also lets be honest if you were offered Andy Carroll plus £15m for Fernando Torres at the beginning of January I guarantee you not even 10% of Liverpool fans would have agreed with that deal. No way on this earth. At the time it would be like United getting £15m and Peter Odemwingie for Wayne Rooney.

Anyway yes this is the United board but are you telling me there are never any threads about United on your board? Secondly what are you doing here anyway if its the United board?
