    Just read that Mick is looking to send Crowe out on loan to gain experience. I think this is a good thing for him and us.

    I agree, it annoyed me hearing Mick say that.'This is no time to chuck someone in at the top of the table', if I recall he said something similar when we were in a relegation battle and then last season he didn't exactly introduce many youngsters even though we were midtable. So when is the right time to give them a game?

    When/if they are good enough they will play but if they are not ready yet a manager won't come out and possibly dent their confidence by saying so..............managing is not just about the players playing on a Saturday it's also about the development of players and choosing the right time to give them game time or send them out on loan.


    IMO.
