One did and one didn't. Neither liked the spider version. TBH, they were both laughing at some parts too. The eldest criticised the graphics etc too
Well they're 24 and 30 years old now those films. Probably looks like a zoetrope to them. They aren't properly scary films, there's enough of a balance between gross out sort of humour and more frightening scenes to appeal to younger kids def.
Got these to watch. You?? Wild A Most Violent Year (top of list) Birdman Under the Skin Also watched Episode One of that Wolf Hall malarkey on BBC last night... was quite good
I'm going to check the ratings out after a few episodes of Wolf Hall. Wild is not great Birdman I have to watch same with Under the Skin Haven't heard of A Most Violent Year. I've got John Wick and Interstellar to choose from tonight.
Interstellar was decent until the last 30 minutes when it all got a bit spacey wacey timey wimey and didn't make any sense. Well worth a look though. Don't know t'other one
John Wick 2014 Film 7.4/10-IMDb 83%-Rotten Tomatoes 67%-Metacritic Legendary assassin John Wick (Keanu Reeves) retired from his violent career after marrying the love of his life. Her sudden death leaves John in deep mourning. When sadistic mobster Iosef Tarasov (Alfie Allen) and his thugs steal John's prized car and kill the puppy that was a last gift from his wife, John unleashes the remorseless killing machine within and seeks vengeance. Meanwhile, Iosef's father (Michael Nyqvist) -- John's former colleague -- puts a huge bounty on John's head.
Yeah it looks ok but has quite a good rating, we'll see I'm probably going to go with it tonight as Interstellar is still downloading.
With interstellar you're in for the long haul, worth bearing that in mind, it's nearly three hours long. Not surprised it's still on the dl
I reckon it's a TV movie... No disrespect but it's good til 2/3s in the is a bit flat but it's good just far too long
