They don't need to be present to have to face what's coming through via Sky etc.. The mingling elements at soirees and business meetings will often as not throw up questions like 'what's all this going on at that football club Mr Goon?' and 'is it true the stock's going down over there, why are you holding out so long old chap?' and 'if it were me, I'd be taking the Indian chap's money and scarpering like the wind...'. How many times would you have to put up with all that before you decide to distance yourself from it? Only human these guys, even if it seems not from our angle.

Brix - They only have to flog Adel and they've pretty much got their stake money back. I can't see them flinching. We're talking mucho pesos at stake here. Personally I#d put up with quite a bit of flak in £20 - 30m was at stake. TBH it can't be much worse than the stick I get from the wife.......
If this was happening at say Newcastle,Man u or Liverpool there would be hordes of frothing at the mouth fans outside the ground venting their spleens and burning effigies.maybe we do need to let them know of our anger and frustration...Why dont these two bastards piss off and play god somewhere else!
