As strikers go, he's not the best we have. Borini is the best option and he was dropped for the now fit again Steven Gerrard which see's a player (Sterling) moved to a less effectively area of the pitch.
Not sure why everyone is saying it's so hard to save a Hazard penalty... why? He waits for the keeper to move.. call is bluff and don't move. He never hits a corner so you don't have to dive early.. just wait for him and move as soon as he hits it.
I would make a change. Bring Can into midfield, take Lucas off (with a yellow) and bring on.... umm, someone.
I start the new job of goal keeper coach next Monday. Lessons 1 to Mig. See that big line 18 yards away from your goal line, you're allowed all the way out to that one and STILL pick the ball up!!!
Niether are great at finishing, I think Sterlings pace and directness can cause more problems myself I just dont think Borini is good enough (although he does try)
Sterling is a better player than Gerrard in the AM role. Borini is a better striker than Sterling. no brainer really.
