Shame isn't it, the thread started off so well and now it's completely ruined despite your excellent contributions.

It was supposed to be about people laughing their arses off about the impossibility of Sunderland swapping Altidore for Defoe.
"Not a chance in hell that this will happen. But shows just how desperate the Mackems are ? lol." etc etc etc.

I think it was the fact that people were proved to be so wrong that spoiled the joke. Attempts were made to regain a shred of dignity by making incredible mocking claims about £14 million transfer fees etc. Sadly some of those pesky facts blew all that out of the water.
When it was found that it was actually a straight swap, a frantic switch was made to ridicule the 'madness' of signing a 32 year old striker ........... then along came 33 year old Shola to scupper that <doh>

Where did it all go wrong eh ....... I reckon it's time for me to go and allow the thread to get back on topic.

Clever lads, like yersel, need to work hard to prevent this thread becoming 'Fail of 2015', bye now ..........

Time for me to go <ok>

According to the hilarious tags we're having homosexual intercourse & I'm encountering some kind of breakdown .......
    ...... wow, I never realised!

In any case you've already been informed that you've been 'chased off the board', whatever that means.
I've even been warned, in a pm, that someone might have me 'in their pocket' ......... ouch!

It sounds nasty though marra, I'd get out of there quick if I was you ....... stay brave, help is on it's way.

It's when people get all sweary and insulting, act like drama queens in them with "I'm done with you fella" etc type posts, that then go on to act like its just a silly little forum that is beneath them, ho ho ho, that amuses me.

You've based this entire post on a quote from TheFrenchTickler, who's our resident village idiot.

You don't read many of my posts do you? <doh> Don't worry yourself fella, it's not personal, it's just my mother flipping style fella. Nee need to piss yourself like a lill bitch. You clearly don't know my humor, I've a scathing nature and if someone reacts it's a pleasure to take it further.

Have yourself good day and enjoy the match if you prefer me with a personality bypass. <ok>;)

Oh dear, you don't get my sense of humour (unless you're American and its humor) do you? Gentle ribbing seems to get you all narky and increases the emoticon count in your posts. I can honestly say I haven't "reacted" to one of your posts ever. Its just bantz innit. Online. With someone anonymous. Who is a little precious and is desperate for the last word. That's you btw.

Not at all, that was just one of the first examples, of many, on a thread that totally failed.

The post was based on the thread topic & went on to point out people making totally uninformed claims about the £14 million fee etc <laugh>

Well, none of that applies to me ....... it's not a silly little forum but it's not exactly addressing the nation either is it?

If you mean 'clever' as opposed to posting the same repetitive drivel then you may have a point.

If you're suggesting I'm bothered you don't have a point, posting doesn't mean you're bothered.

If you disagree then I have to assume you're bothered about what I've said ..... or why make a specific post abut it?

You should buy Aluko off us. Just the sort of play maker you need to feed Defoe!

Oh right. You're beset by a load of injuries too? No wonder we're keeping each other company down at the bottom eh? Football can be a cruel mistress sometimes.

Still I'm sure once we both get our best players back, we'll both start climbing the table.

True, we've only had Fletcher, Giacherrini, Alvarez, 3 full backs, Cattermole, etc

All clubs have injuries, it's just that Bruce's have more than most <ok>

Yeah true. Can't believe he let Chester get pulled to the ground then fell on yesterday. Was always gonna end in a dislocation that.
