Welcome back. Done my groin at footie before and it hurts, also had a testicle infection before and believe me, that is pain
I mentioned this to one my customers in your neck of the woods, a physio near Sussex CCC ground, she said it want that bad and whoever said that was exaggerating
Probably wasn't as she'll be in hove which would have been sheltered a bit more and roads would have been cleared for the bus routes and main pathment been gritted. Me in the outskirts and tucked away don't get thought about by them so it freezes up right away
She said she can see the sea from where she is, I said anyway it is like him to exaggerate in all fairness
And seeing the sea means nothing.. The roads will stil be gritted better in hove than where I am so it won't be as bad
No dont divert, she said the frost wasnt that bad, nothing to do with roads She's not bad, she's married to the clinics doctor though. Nice lady as well P.S You need to stop pulling on your groin, it will never grow if you keep doing that
They didn't sell me them. they're recycled from Hi-viz Paul I can't walk without crutches yet. I'm going up and downstairs on my arse and crawling around on all 4s when crutchless. I was pissing in pans from the Saturday when I did it to yesterday. Poor Vic had to do the emptying Anyone know how long it takes to get back to normal with this?
Cheers, saint and thanks for your initial concern over my absence. You were the only one...........................
I must admit it was because Tobes was fretting and nagging me or luv to contact you. Luv couldn't be arsed, btw. Effects of groin strains vary, like most things. I'm not trying to worry you here, just comparing notes. I did mine many years ago. I can't remember how long it lasted initially, but it niggled me on and off for a couple of years afterwards- especially at night. Although it doesn't cause me pain now, movement of the joint has never fully recovered in that the affected leg won't stretch outwards away from my body as much as the other. Thankfully, there aren't that many occasions when I'm required to open my legs wide . I imagine the torn muscle healed a bit short, hence the restricted movement, so if you get the offer of any physio on it, I'd go for it.
Its a benign tumour called an Ivory Osteoma which is located on my shin on my tib, which caused the tib and then the fib to snap Here is an x ray not so different to mine after the op please log in to view this image Thanks for your concern
