PVA only missed 10 games for his dislocation, and he had an operation too. Delph missed 8 games, Chester could be back even sooner is it's not too bad, it's all in the scan mate. You'll have a better idea in a few days. keep the faith fella, he could get lucky. But he should be back to help with the final run in.
I can tell you now Steve Bruce does all the research with his network of contacts and makes all the decisions. The only decision that is not his is "How much" and I reckon what he has said about the owners, he even has a say in that as well. I too really hope we keep our nerve and keep our manager come what may this season , even though I think he has made some very poor calls on transfers. Very hard to know what the Allams will think. I have a sense they might hang on to him as not clear who could come in and do better at the moment.

I don't think anyone else could come in and do any better with what we have at the moment. It's not like the last relegation season where we were just lacking in quality all over the pitch. A bit of luck on the injury front and a couple of wins in Feb would give us some momentum- it is also clear the players are still with Bruce. A bit of support from the stands would also be nice
