It isn't fair on KM but if she wants to travel on trains to and from games it is going to happen, I doubt she'll be doing that any longer as things are only to get worse at the moment. Like someone has already said if your mrs was being spoke to like that it wouldn't go on too long so maybe he did go a bit too far, but we do need answers and if this is the only way to get them it will continue.

I can see some of your points but fat chops is not 'voicing our opinions' just his, fatty is not allowing kM to finish
Well if you must know I was watching my handicapped niece playing the piano. But then again I have 1500 Cafc games under my belt when you get that many you can dig at a fat

Carrian carcass fair point. But look at it this way. The supporters trust want the board to engage with the fans and KM gets on the bloody train with that plank and look what happens!,,

So fat boy comes along and gives it all Perry Mason like to Katrien and now it is very unlikely that she will do that again - so nice going fatso.

Perhaps you should change your avatar T, the person with the 'Je Suis Charlie' avatar seems to think that a Charlton supporter has no right to ask the 'Charlton' Chief Executive reasonable questions about why she lied to the fans?

Plus this guy's major crime seems to be that he is a bit overweight <yikes> which seems to be quoted several times a reply and gained him the nickname of 'Fatty'

Well quite clearly you have ignored that I am right about the witness 'stand' bit then consider this. I have not questioned his right but the manner of his asking. He display complete kuntishness in his approach, it was agressive and bullying and has rightly been condemned by more fair minded Cafc fans. KM is trying, give her that. She has a dick of a boss, she is not a player and is not directly responsible for the Watford result she is engaging with the supporters, give her due respect. The fat twat that thinks he is speaking for the fans seems to be a tourist fan to me.

I believe in free speech but not when your pissed up and leaning over a woman a third of the size of you.

I didn't think he was at all intimidating.

He was a fair distance from her, was not in her face and wasn't particuarly raising his voice.

His only fault was he didn't let her finish and then engage with her answer.

He was towering over her! Ask to sit down, ask the bloke to move next to her get down on her level, and it is intimidation if you don't let someone finish speaking, it's aggressive. It's classic intimidation. He is aware of his size and using it: how did she know that he did not represent a threat? obviously you have never been spoken to by a copper or been married.

Sorry T I missed this as I tend to turn off half way through your posts.

I'm not sure how many Charlton games I have been to I started in 1972/3 perhaps you can work it out for me.... do not include the last two season though.

I will tell her about your suggestion about re-taking advocacy classes although she is rather busy as she is a partner in a medium size law firm.

    PS
You bet my fat on what? or did you mean ' you are' in which case it's .. you're <ok>

That's not how I saw it, obviously. He was leaning on the seat back not leaning over and in her face.

Not letting someone finish speaking isn't intimidating, just plain rude.

As for getting spoken to by a copper - yes but only intimidating if you let youself be intimidated (and I'm 5'6").

    Married? Yes, agree that's intimidating!

I know 'pissed up' when I see it believe me, the guy was not pissed up and I would guess that he wasn't even drunk.

If you don't let someone finish talking that is intimidating. It's classic interrogation techniques. He is the classic chubby bully. Given someone a hard time is one thing, but it's clear he wanted to hear his own voice rather than hers. Another plastic warrior giving it to the messenger.

All hell, thanks for the heads up. I will look out for your niece who clearly is a crap litigation lawyer if she does not know courtroom etiquette. And as for etiquette thanks also for the English lesson. Although I am tempted to draw your attention to the three grammatical errors in your post, but it would be pedantic and merely demonstrates that an argument lost is the person that attacks layout rather than substance. A very pathetic response from a forty year CAFC fan except the last two season

i think you's have missed the point. in the video she made a hint that she interviewed curbs in the 3.4 seconds between bob being sacked and luzon being called in from gardening leave. this, incredibly, is expected not to be interpreted as bullshit as she also claims she does not lie. even though she is a lawyer.

Typical, i sort of take your point that he towered over her, and certainly persistantly cutting off her replies was rude when you consider she was basically a stranger on a train he'd met. He's also, however, been abused for being overweight and big, which I don't see as meaning he can't articulate his opinions. I also took him for being very angry about what he'd put up with. The style of his arguements was very much along the lines of a husband and wife spat, where both know how to push the others buttons. She came across with a great deal of credit for being there and having the conversation. However, his point about appointing new staff was spot on, and her replies came because RD left her in a false position.

Well he started getting personal first ......

Anyhoo, this is how it works, if your a big fat slob, and your arguing with a woman you've never met before, be conscious that firstly you don't represent a threat (how would you Like your wife being in this position?) secondly be polite. Don't cut her off mid sentence and yes of course the assumptions and supposition must be she is not telling the truth but as All Hells Niece will tell you, you can't prove otherwise. She is under no investigation, no criminal charges and can say what she likes, she as I have pointed out was intimidated and I pay no attention to her responses as she was in my view scared and upset.

If you feel so strongly about liars, what about an inquiry into the hounding of Slater and Jiminez? The factual accuracy of the accusations put against them by G21,( I still chuckle at that) the supporters trust and members of Charlton Life? The Murray conspiracy? That for me is more important than the hanging out to dry of a poor 6 stone woman.
