Not really much there - Morgs saying he's very ambitious and anything can happen in the summer, whilst on the other hand saying that Saints can make the Champions League. Jenas in the studio thinks that whatever happens, he's off at the end of the season.

Tadic did take a knock to the lower back. Bertrand also limped abit after a challenge.

I think "whatever happens" is too strong.
If we make Champions League over his main suitors then he will probably stay unless an overseas bid comes in

On a side note just picked up the Daily Mail (my Dad's I hasten to add) and unless I am missing something there is not one line in it dedicated to Southampton. All they have is the box on the game listing the expected teams and injuries (ignoring Rodriguez as an injury - everyone seems to have forgotten about him).

Crazy that they can ignore the team in 3rd. Someone phoned 606 last week to complain about bias from the London centric media and they just brushed him off like he was an idiot...

He does. He talked about us after the Utd game, saying how good we were as a team. He said we had a plan and stuck to it and were well worth our win.

I'm shocked at how many ex-pros are being wheeled out to be useless pundits. It seems like everyone is gambling on finding another Neville or Carragher. Jenas is awful and so if Murphy. And Barton (not an ex-pro yet) on MOTD2 the other week. Ridiculous

What on earth qualifies Jermaine Jenas, bang average for his entire career, a play who made a name as just being an incredibly generic midfielder with no obvious specialty (e.g. defensive/anchor, creative, goal scoring, set pieces etc) to comment on things apart from that "he played to game". Ugh

Well Morgan can just leave whatever happens, he has a contract with Southampton. :) For him to leave, there has to be an offer for him good enough for us to accept. There probably will be one because he's a cracking player, but there doesn't need to be, maybe top clubs turn to other targets, you never know.

I think it could be Flannigan and Seager. But wouldn't mind Gape being on the bench.

Edit: Hesketh could be on the bench.

Think hesketh would be on the bench seeing as he didn't play in the U21s match (I think?)

Is this a worst case team? Or are Bertrand and Tadic definitely out?

flannigan, Seager and Gape haven't travelled so won't be on the bench. Hesketh has travelled as has Isgrove and Mc Carthy

So Davis, McCarthy, Cork, Isgrove, Hesketh. One missing? Unless Tadic or Bertrand are fit.

    Eww. But maybe!
That would leave Cork as defensive cover rather then midfield tho.
