There was only one person that really bugged the crap out of me and that was Sheldon. I can take and accept everyone has a different opinion but at the end of the day we all want the same result, Leeds to have success. I have took things the wrong way far too many times myself, I did wonder for a while if WJ and yourself were trying to go opposite everything I said out of spite, I realise that isn't the case, specially after your post yesterday and I can see where you are coming from and all is good Bit scary really as we both agree Wootton over Warnock and I am scared you might agree with me that I don't care if Sharp joins Ipswich
We all sometimes fail to see where each other are coming from,I'm the same.we can put in all the same facts and come up with opposite answers sometimes.Would be good one day if you took up Glory's offer,as would be good to meet you 1 day.Worked around Northampton a few times and I know there is a fair few Leeds around there,but seen a few with Leeds tops on a couple of times and wondered if they were you.
I end up working most Saturdays but I am certainly going to try and sort something out so that I can put a face to a name. There used to be loads of Leeds fans in Northampton, still quite a few but nowhere near as many as there used to be, I guess kids just want to be popular at school so they follow the likes of Chelsea.
Crewe's the same,used to be lots here,but kids all support the mancs around here now,lots of Glory hunting city appeared last few years.
The City ones haven't started down here yet, I guess as it is closer to London we are going to get more Chelsea and Arsenal.
Used to drink with a few Northampton lads before the games back in the 90's. Used to meet up with them, Staff lads and me and mates from Pinner and Northwood. Remember a very big day out as part of the league cup final vs Villa, most pissed I've ever been at a match! Think a couple of Northampton ended up in a comfy cell after the game. Think Nigel Spink a Villa keeper (out injured) was on our tube train at Wembley and got pelters. As I remember we lost 3-0 and Wilko was getting pelters for not playing Brolin - some things never change eh...
