Kramaric awarded Work Permit.

I've not really done any research on this so it may be an ignorant question but Croatia joined the EU in 2013 so why is there an issue here as it shouldn't be any different to a French player or a Spanish one joining? We didn't have this with Mahrez and he's Algerian (again there may be different rules for the premier league I am unaware of)

 

Mahrez plays for Algeria but he's actually French, so no issues there.

 

It's because they have only recently joined. Until 2020 people moving to work in other countries are still subject to a permit.

I will only believe it when I see him holding up the shirt with his name on the back. Hoping to see him on the scoresheet on Saturday though.

 

If I know the club website, you'll probably see the latter before the former!

I was under the impression that he´s signed & NP is considering giving him his debut v SCFC ?

 

He has been able to train with the squad since the FA gave their verdict on the matter. Hopefully the powers that be give us a positive answer before 12:00 today.

 

No news. It's not looking good although could be totally in hand behind the scenes, here's hoping anyway. How hard can these things be?

 

He´s in with a shout v Stoke so it says on the Leicester page of the Daily star / football & NP wanted him last season, so it also says. Nothing on the official website though.

I have always wondered how good of a player Steve Walsh could get. With us being in the championship its a bit of a hard sell sometimes but we managed to get Anthony Knockaert and Riyad Mahrez over which was 2 brilliant finds for a championship club

In the summer I think we was too ambitious with some of our targets and we ended up only really signing Esteban Cambiasso from our ambitious targets. Now we have Andrej Kramaric its time to sell just how good Steve Walsh is when he looks at the top end of the market as he has got very little wrong since he has been here even with getting Aleksandar Tunchev in League 1

 

Lets see if can work his magic on our DEF.
