I wonder if Roland keeps his network managers on a retainer? Seems quite possible, the way he moves them around. They don't actually get "sacked" in the normal sense, just removed from one position until another one becomes available.
A Belgian football journo said exactly the same thing. RD retains a whole host of people in a pool, and sees nothing wrong with shuffling them around.
He must pay his managers pretty well then, a bit different to his attitude towards the players. Or maybe the Network managers are so useless that no-one else would employ them?
