Not if others join the team picks before it closes tomorrow night. The team system works completely differently to the driver picks.

Since we started doing it, I've always felt that the bartering phase would be a lot more fun if we didn't know who we were swapping for. It'd be a gamble then. For example, if you had someone like Button, who could easily finish top or bottom of his tier, by swapping him you run the risk of getting someone like Massa but conversely you may get Vettel. With the current system, if you have a guy who is likely to finish last in his tier, like Karthikeyan, then nobody wants to swap with you! No one is going to want to trade down! Having said that, there are a lot of drivers, like the Saubers, Renaults and Force Indias that can finish in the points or sometimes well out of them so I guess there's that. Alas, this would mean that we'd have to keep the driver picks secret which would mean we wouldn't be able to do the 'reveals' which are lots of fun, so it obviously won't happen.

I have considered it but it would mean introducing another lengthy sub-process (although, as you say, that could replace the clues-based reveals - but it might be worth considering once the inspiration for clues has dried up). You couldn't barter your numbers because that would be plain daft - you should have just picked the number you wanted in the first place. What we could do is reveal what tier each player's number is in, but not the driver's name. Or we could reveal what team the player's driver is in. For the moment, though, we need to see how the new tiers play out. With fewer drivers in each there's always a chance that one of them may upset the applecart.
sorry about this one, on the list I was sent it had Karthikeyan (Karter cayenne) and not Ricciardo, so I doubt anyone would've got it. as to picks, I'm screwed again, always keep getting the worst team in the tier. Tier 3 is probably the tightest to call on who will or won't get points
actually that's not such a bad trade, the HRT has finished above both lotuses and virgins in a race, whereas the Ferrari hasn't finsished ahead of both McLarens and RBR's. So if you want to trade I will foolishly offer Perez for Ricciardo.
I will give you d'Ambrosio for Perez. d'Ambrosio has had two 14th place finishes this year and another 15th so could easily get top of the tier which he has already done this season.
