The BBC report that Crystal Palace have tabled a £3,000,000.00 offer for Taylor.

It seems Pardew still likes him.

    Should we sell,if true?

I can't see how selling him at this point would be a good thing. We are already missing Ki, Bony is gone - do we need more disruption ?

No imo if he's the best we've got in Monks eyes then why would he weaken another position and also we'd lose a Team spokesman and think about it , he wouldn't be angling for a new contract would he

If this was the end of the season I would consider it, but not at this point. I read on the BBC that he doesnt want to move.

Not a chance, and not for 3m, he is home grown, and is a regular starter.

My problems with Taylor are quality and attitude. I don't think he's good enough but that may be the way he is played, when others have filled in they too have drifted in to the middle of the pitch and let wingers have all the space in the world. He also takes a lot of cards. His one positive is he can provide a decent cross. Is this recent interest in moving because we are supposedly chasing a 5th choice Spurs full back for £4,000,000, or is it just the latest in a long history of Taylor being strongly linked to transfer speculation, particularly before his injury (which is still given as the reason he's 'not back to his best').
If he goes or if he stays we desperately need to have a quality left back.

Taylor is improving with each game. Palace can get stuffed.

Again same as gomis why would we sell. He has been outstanding since his return and proved a lot of fans wrong including me. We as a team must be doing something right for others to want our players.....we dont need to sell anyone that will make us weaker and need to recruit not sell....

From the reports it seems he doesn't want to go. £3 million is too low, so we should keep him. Could be get a decent replacement for £3 million? Probably not.

Taylor's getting back to where he was pre-injury. He's a really decent full-back & we shouldn't be looking to off-load, well certainly not at that price. Thought last Saturday, he's getting on his game again. Let's hope he keeps that continuing today...

No thanks. Still think he has more to offer us as he keeps playing more.

It would be stupid to sell Neil. He's getting better each game.

It shows the folly of selling Ben Davies and not having a replacement in waiting.
