I get more convinced we won't by the day. Cellino is going to get kicked out, and he is already blaming the lack of activity on uncertainty about his future. I take that to mean we won't bring anyone before the decision, and if he loses we won't have anyone in this window. 48% of the window has now gone.
Redfearn was a disgrace on local news and looks a beaten man. His rallying call was more frank spencer than brave heart. I quote" we are trying to put things right". How inspiring for players and fans alike.
I posted my reply on the wrong thread mate lol I have moved it.. I don't believe and never have believed that Redfearn was the guy for the job but I don't like the unprofessional way yet another coach is being treated by Cellino. Cellino trying to force him to make the decision to quit and ask to go back to the reserves so he can blame someone else again.
Leeds United have an agreement in place to sign a striker, Italian journalist Emanuelle Giulianelli has told Radio Yorkshire. He did not name the potential new addition, but said the club were waiting to learn what would happen with regard to Massimo Cellino's Football League appeal before progressing. Giulanelli did not confirm whether the potential new boy was a player previously linked to the club, but sounded doubtful it was Leonardo Pavoletti, more so that it could be Edgar Cani. 1. Cani, 25, is a 6ft 4in target man who, whilst being Albanian, has spent the majority of his career playing in Italy having been born in Perugia. 2. During his time in Italy, Cani has been something of a journeyman, playing for Pescara, Palermo, Ascoli, Padova, Piacenza, Modena, Bari, Carpi and now Catania. 3. Whilst he's enjoyed limited success in Italy, Cani had a productive 18 months in Poland with Polonia Warszawa, scoring 13 goals in 34 games. 4. However, his time with the club was marred by a number of spats and rows with the club's owner, coach and even team mates, and having refused to play for the club again, he headed back to Italy with Catania, where he is now. 5. At international level, Cani has 15 caps for Albania, and has scored four goals. As a youngster, he was able to represent Italy, but chose to play for Albania.
I heard we have a forward lined up, but wont be announcing it until the cellino verdict. **** knows why.
Because when Cellino is kicked out the deal or any other deal isn't going ahead. Cellino will blame the fl and some here will swallow it.
Being opposite again, but if he was born in Perugia that would make him Italian would it not.Maybe with duel citizenship.
I guess so, I just get fed-up having to Wiki players we are supposedly signing and copied the pointers from here http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2015...s-need-to-know-about-reported-striker-target/ I should have posted the link originally...
Tomorrows morning thread subect. On a scale of 1-10 with ten being the maximum how right was glory on the subject of Cellino? I could have posed another question but you all know the answer is a big fat 0 to that one.
