Who Hunt or Warnock on £40k? Cellino said Hunt was on £25k a week. I would have allowed Hunt to leave then that would have been it. Nobody in or out, with the embargo in place you have to wonder the quality that is available in January? If there had been a proven player available yes go for them on loan but now is not the time to gamble with unproven players. I agree with you Dave, stability is what we need now, it has so far taken us how long to realise the diamond doesn't work? With Warnock released and Wooton looking like he is going to be out the door we only need a blip or an injury from Taylor or Berardi and then Byram has to be called back from his new position. Chippy, I hope not, it would show a real lack of commitment from the club in staying away from relegation. I don't know how secure Silvestri's contract is at Leeds but if he wants away that's a pretty bad sign that there is some turmoil within. But as usual I think we know little about anything that goes on. MC has his mind on his tenure at the club rather than the tenure of the club in the Championship.

dont tell chippy. He might point out that he said we wouldn't be signing anyone in this window and some gave him a bit of a kicking for suggesting it. He would be due one hell of an apology from people who claimed they knew better... It seems he may well be 100% correct.
