I saw it live! The French woman was really annoyed that Britain in general had decided to not show his image! Obviously Sky don't want to upset their Arab customers! The woman lost the argument when she kept going on about it only being a cartoon then gets on her high horse when sky decide not to show it. My view if you want it? Is the French have always gone close to the knuckle with their media coverage and had been warned before about potential attacks! And I remember them being quick to show terrible pictures of Diana as she was trapped in a car close to death.
There is an off switch on a television if you don't like it don't watch it. If you don't like a magazine don't buy it. Freedom of choice Sky have chosen not to show a cartoon drawing which I can see why but in that they are taking the option away from everyone else. I think they should show it personally but give the viewer the option first 'We are going to show the cartoon drawing if you don't wish to see it ...'
