It's daft mate, but you have to think, they've been in our shadow for these last 20 years, watching us have countless European adventures, European nights in midweek etc, even as recently as 2013. They have to have something, just let them have it, don't get worked up about it. I mean FFS we have been **** the last couple of years and still better than them, just look at how they celebrate winning derbiues, they have to have something to aim for, and if that is finishing above Newcastle then I for one am happy for them to crack on.

Goals...we need goals. I for one am happy that we are trying to sort out what has been blindingly obvious since before the season kicked off. If we had sorted a goal scorer of this level in August we'd have won games such as the 0-0 at villa and would be sitting comfortably mid table now.....lets hope its not too late to fix the problem.
I'd still like to see another decent striker in as well as Defoe....goals = points ....we need both!
