To be fair Ameobi was **** and yet over his career, I don't know what the figures are but he must have scored about 15% of his CAREER goals against our arch rivals, that's impressive <laugh> Coming off the bench, injured, for 10 minutes to win a penalty and score a last gasp equaliser was entertaining.

That's apparent in all of your posts <laugh>

His actual record, against Sunderland, isn't impressive .......... it's another myth.

Or pretty ****ty, depending on how you look at it, he was also on the losing side quite a lot so 'Legend' nah mate, Amadonkey could never be classed as a legend. If he is then that an insult to your other so called legends

Well you clearly are not well versed in the matter. This is a 1 in 6 striker who, when up against Sunderland, suddenly became a 1 in 2 striker.
You used the quotation marks incorrectly there mate, as I haven't used the word "facts" at all in this thread. Glad I could help you with your understanding of English punctuation.
Not a legend, no. His scoring exploits against you lot will always be a thing of legend though.

You've obviously no idea of his winning goals against Sunderland against the amount of games he lost.

It's poor and he's certainly no 'slayer' ....... more like slaver tbh <laugh>

HIS record. As in personally. It is. Come on Smug, engage brain. Think how many more games you would have won or drawn against us if he wasn't about??? Maybe he didn't slay you all to regularly, but he saved us from being slain by yourselves.

I've just looked at his PL stats and, have to say, I didn't realise how good they were.

I'm up for the Fulham game so hoping it's his first game for us.

His record just isn't that good ..... your own players were calling him the Mackem Slayer before the latest humiliation.

    He just isn't, it's all a myth.
