Jozy or Defoe? yes its a good deal, Having said that its not exactly a massive step up, I don't think a 32 yo Defoe is any better than Fletcher or Wickham, Our problem has been service to the strikers, with Giacc and Alvarez now fit and getting up to speed we might do ok. Problem is Giacc and Alvarez need time, If the fans get on their backs we are never going to improve. They need a run of 6 games in my view, then you will see then best of them. I know 6 games is a lot but Giacc needs match fitness/sharpness and Alvarez needs pitch time to adapt to the English game.
