Yeah, definitely - my comment was more in reference to the statement that Forster is only at fault for one goal which is something I disagree with.

Footballers are human and every player in the squad has made mistakes this season; unfortunately a mistake by a keeper normally results in a goal conceded.

This is an old debate that I had at the time. The defenders were as much to blame, therefore shared responsibility. There were two United players unmarked. If you also watch that goal again from different angles, you can see how the ball stays out on a trajectory near the edge of the box, before curling sharply, very late towards the far post. I'm not saying he didn't play apart, but to lay the blame with him for that goal is too harsh in my view.

Even if you did, that's 2 goals in half a season.....mmm me thinks too many non playing perfectionists in our midst of that is a suggestion of a keeper being a bit iffy

 

In obvious news, Bony confirmed at Man City for £28M. £25M up front and £3M in appearances. Swanssea'll have to wait long for that extra three, no doubt.

I personally would love to have him back but would worry about whether we would ever play him. I think sometimes, legends should stay buried so that it doesn't damage the memory.

 

We have moved on. He will forever be a club legend but I dont think I would want him back.
