Who thinks it is the time to support our team , not badger them into a downward spiral. Its three weeks since we beat the Mags and all was champion. What does berating them at home achieve ? All you doom merchants out there stay away, you are part of the problem . Stick together and get behind The Lads !

It's a more of a support the Club thing for me. I ain't going to sing their name if they aren't going to put the effort in but I'll sing my heart out for Sunderland. I still applaud intelligent play and sing a name when they deserve it. But never boo and never sit silent.

Part of the problem is Poyet boring style of play & the players thinking the season is over because they beat the mags again.

Don't think there are many on here who don't give the 11 in Red and White there full support whatever league we happen to be in. Its the minority who slate them will make the job in hand much harder and motivate visiting teams.

I agree apart from the booing bit. the Hull & Liverpools games were worst than under O'Neill & that is saying something.

Backing the club means backing the team and your fellow fans.

I don't think we can be accused of being over-critical. FFS we've enough experience of struggling under Bruce, then MON and PDC. Before them we were up and down like a tart's drawers, so it's not as if we can't see the signs.

This, I've never booed any Sunderland player and never would. The only thing I would boo is cheating by the opposition, I ****ing hate cheats.

Wisemen was that the time when Wigan were bottom of the 2nd div and never won for 20 matches and Chelsea beat them 7-0 the previous game I think in1989, I remember that game as I was in the paddocks at roker park. Jesus that was ONE of the worst performances ever.
