I did enjoy it but it's American triumphalism through historical revisionism - revisionism at its best and most distorting.
Don't normally watch comedies as they're normally crap but watched Horrible bosses which I enjoyed especially Jennifer Aniston in her lingerie!
Here you go........... Tried just leaving the link but it automatically adds the vid so technically I didn't break any rules.
Aniston in her undies... the best and only reason to see the **** (I imagine it is - haven't seen it but soon will be, or skipping through it to the good stuff anyway) that is Horrible Bosses
Neither did I at first but I read around it since it's based on a real war hero and he wrote a couple of books. Seems he built his own myth and had a fantastic time of it slotting ragheads over there. Not a very sympathetic character at all. It's a well made film though, as are a lot of Eastwood's efforts as director, but he lays it on thick with the rhapsodic war drums in this one. Although this is balanced out by some of the story around the main character's work with the maimed soldiers towards the end.
Tis good. Saw the Hobbit the other night. Should have been two films, sad way to sight off the franchise with a money spinning let down.
