Soton show the importance of what a quality midfield can do - the way Wanyama and Schneiderlin protected the defence was incredible. Keep these two fit and they'll get top 4.

We once we get Can into midfield and we upgrade Hendo, we could become special.

You will be better up front no doubt but weather he will be the same without the cannibal creating the chances remains to be seen..

He was actually scoring at a better rate without Suarez in the side (during his biting ban) but obviously that isn't a huge sample of games so it remains to be seen whether he can do it over a whole season. But judging by his record at Bolton & without Suarez in our team, I don't think we need to worry too much about him struggling to perform.

It's true, whether you like it or not, and calling me an idiot isn't going to change it.

Come May you'll be forced to accept it, while coming up with numerous excuses why it was thus and how next year is going to be different, no doubt.

Funny listening to Carra now talking bout how Fonte is a leader. Which means he'll recommend him to Rodgers and we'll end up signing him next year.

You guys expect him to save your season. He may buckle under the pressure.

Di Maria was unimpressive in the World Cup, but has shown his quality at times at Utd.
You know you're having a bad day though, when you're replaced by Fellaini.

You just make a ****e general statement that was meaningless Tobes and you know it, it literally meant nothing. Most times I just browse past your nonsense but that I'd thought I'd point out. General incorrect garbage passed off as football knowledge

De Gea's performanes are the only reason they are not below us as bad as we've been, they have been awful for so many games, I've watched almost all of them, 1 player, shows your "some margin" garbage for what it is

Di maria gave the ball away 51 times in a WC game in the summer, he has that in his locker, and real knew that

Nah, can't see it, your Feb / Mar fixtures are a mare and I think your recent run of scrappy results against some of the worst sides in the league has masked the ongoing problems in that side.

True. But again you can only beat what's infront of you. And we've done really well overall in our last few league games.

Remains to be seen how we'll do in the tougher fixtures but most of them are winnable in my opinion. The likes of Spurs, yourselves, Man Utd & Southampton aren't unbeatable. I think the top 4 is going to be decided by who goes on a winning run toward the end of the season and there's no reason why it can't be us. I remember a few years back Spurs had a run of tough fixtures and we were all predicting them to drop off after the tougher fixtures but they beat Arsenal & Chelsea home back to back & City away to finish in the top 4.

Any other season we'd be out of the race by now but because of the lack of quality in everyone else's teams and the fact everyone has been inconsistent we still have a fighting chance.

UIR I remember you having a right moan at Moyes for resrting to hoofing it into the box, cross after cross. Same ****e today form vG.
Tactically he was owned today was vG
