We have collected money for a number of CTWD flags already. I like the Cobb Morley one because it will make us different from every other football club in the Premier League. Chelsea have all their banners around the ground, including at one time Fernando Torres Chelsea's number 9.

I like Happy's idea for player of the year as it celebrates the player's time at City rather than a player that may move on. I also like the Liam one, but when we get a vote mine will go to Cobb Morley.

So you think those who stick the most money in should have the biggest say? Interesting <laugh>

We're spoiled for choice. I think we should be thinking more along the lines of which to do first, rather than simply which one to do.

    <laugh> This suggest two things.

1/ There must be a bloody huge amount of money in the pot.

2/ There must be an awful lot of space to put up large banners at the Circle.

Yeah, i can't think of a reason why the fund total should be a secret. As for which groups have contributed, i don't think you'd like the answer to that anyway Chazz.

Sorry Chaz, I was keeping it off the boards previously as I felt it helped when sorting a price.
I'lkl put more detail up tomorrow, but in round numbers, the Bruce Banner cost £325. We then got some more donations which added to the change, and leaves us with about £168. That is the figure this smaller banner is liable to cost.

I'm reluctant to post which grouos donated, as some are willing, but waiting to see if, as was originaly discused, the surpus was going to a charity that they may already donate to. Missing them of a list wouldn't be fair in my view as they are fuly suportive.

Classy get out. We're all gonna swallow that. Well of course some will, but those capable of independent thought won't.

You've made your position quite clear, which some of us have been stating for some time.

The person who puts the most money in gets the biggest say, if that person is you.

The person with the biggest ego and biggest gob gets the biggest say, if someone else has put in the most money, so thats still you.

No one tells you what to do, do they?

The total fund shouldn't be a secret, it's our money, how much is it?

It doesn't really matter which other groups have donated imo. They've donated to the Not606 Banner Fund. Not sure why that's a problem.

    Shurrup ya fanny.

The Cobb Morley idea wasn't mine, I just think it's a good one, as do most other posters, but feel free to keep demanding something else.

    You normally do. <doh>

Why not kemps and how do you know?

I dont think it should have been open to groups its an individual thing. If its ctwd i imagine at some stage political capital will be made about it. Whcih was never the intentionin the original idea.

We didn't donate, but I understand that UKIP put in £50 and ISIS put in £100.

Chazz mate, can you not even entertain the fact, CTWD are liking the idea of these flags ? Do you think we are some some sort of 'Allam out' group or something ?

Even within groups, there are differences of opinion, (check politics). This is very healthy, and sometimes leads to good ideas.

I like to think i have an open mind on everything. I'll stand down and admit i was wrong, with nothing but a red face if or when that happens. I have one cause that i will fight for though.
