Why is there nothing in the press about there being pressure on Harry?Any other manager would by now be being referred to as 'under-fire..' He should be under pressure!
I will admit that I did not want Harry in the first place, thought he did not do enough to keep us up and should have been shown the door at the end of the first season, thought we muddled through last season and should have asked him to retire immediately following OBZ's goal at Wembley, thought he should have been sacked this year after the West Ham debacle and then when he wasn't, felt like we are going to need to stick with him until the end of the season, especially considering the paucity of alternatives (neither of Sherwood/ Hoddle exactly set the pulse racing and if anyone here actually thinks that a currently employed manager like Howe, or Clement, or McClaren are coming here mid-season, they have been drinking too much). However, after yesterday's "performance", I actually think that change might be good now for change's sake - our body language (especially from the manager), basic defending and other basic skills cannot actually get worse and we might actually get "new manager bounce" for long enough to keep us up.... Bloody depressing being a Rangers fan these days...
Agree, after yesterday, we surely can't get any worse. Surely has to be worth at least trying to do something, clearly if we do nothing...we are going down.
We have a team full of Premiership experience (only Austin and perhaps YSY not played there before) with plenty of international caps scattered amongst them. We also bought in 7 or sp players in the Summer. If the players are not up to it, they're either too old or being mismanaged. Either way that would be Arry's fault.
You know and you at the back know that it doesn't matter whose in charge who the owner is whose in the squad we don't do simple things we do things the QPR way. We play Liverpool of the park and think we are on the up but score own goals, then teams around us go and beat them. We get thrashed by big teams the teams around us thrash those big teams. We have a half decent home record at the same time we break the away records for worse team in history of the EPL. It just goes on and on #wearealldoomed
Piss poor excuses.....We have kept a good core of players from the championship and the good spirit. Added some class and it isn,t working....Harry won't get the sack because he will keep us just about in the fight. Pullis I'm sure would of kept us up but that's history..
The irony is that Charlie and Yun and Vargas have been amongst our best players this season along with Green, Dunne & Henry.
I completely agree. We only have one real full back on the books and he's injured! Also, the strikers are not getting enough supply, so there's an issue in midfield. If anything, the strike situation is the only thing that doesn't need fixing, aside from needing more backup players.
