    Probably not. I would think he's here til the end of the season but his profile keeps growing so its inevitable some club is just gonna wheel in enough cash to make a transfer happen.

    I would be more upset but we've done really well lately to bring in replacements that are cheaper without losing quality. Hence why i'm not overly concerned if Clyne, Morgan etc leave. I'd prefer they stay but i'm not overly worried provided the price is right.

    Inevitable. He hasn't played for a few games and it's January. The fact that he's injured doesn't seem to cut it. Even if he plays tomorrow, it will quieten the rumours for 5 minutes only. Then they'll get back into full swing until the end of the month when he doesn't leave..

    It has been mentioned Man U have shown an interest and someone ITK on here said another club has also shown a healthy interest in Clyne.

    It would be strange if another club hadn't shown an interest in Clyne. Frankly, I'm actually surprised if his mate across the park Bertrand hasn't been tapped up. He's not a Saints player yet. Same with Toby.

    IMO I think in the summer Clyne and Morgan will be sold for big money, I believe we will sign Ryan, Toby 50/50 at the mo...
    And trust in the black box to add quality to the side.

    Which is the one unfortunate drawback with loans...even with a purchase clause, we aren't in control. Bertrand would be silly not to sign though, given that he was in the wilderness before joining; being at a massive club hasn't exactly been to his benefit, and there aren't really any that have a glaring need at LB right now.

    Qualifying for CL is the only way I can see us keeping hold of Clyne and Morgan, and getting Toby to stay full time.

    I don't want to think about a team without those three in it (I was never worried by the thought last season of life after Shaw, and I sort of wanted us to upgrade on Rickie any way), so I wont!

    Signing Toby on a permanent may still be unlikely, but perhaps more likely (less unlikely) now than it seemed at the start of the season!

    I think Seamus Coleman at Everton is better for United. The removal costs will be far cheaper as its only a few miles along the East Lancs Road :)
