I tend to agree, I like the Morley image and the idea behind it but its not a rallying call for the team.
It's a case of trying to please everyone, which won't happen. The example was just a personal favourite of mine, like I've said many times before I'll do whatever everyone wants
Agreed. I don't get what a Cobb Morley banner has to do with supporting the team or celebrating the clubs history.
I think putting not606 on everything would look crap, especially compared to the great ideas about City of Culture, EC Morley, players being honoured etc. There's absolutely nothing wrong with putting something Hull related on there. It should be somethigng we're proud of and want to show people. Just a generic black and amber army, meh.
Better than city of culture. You lot really do think too much of it, no one outside of hull gives a ****. I know its long overdue recognition for a war torn city, but it's nothing more than a regeneration programme for bland ****holes. The constant bleating about it is fuel to fire for enemy fans and embarrassing. A flag for capital of culture is a terrible idea.
I agree with PLT, promoting the fact that the rules of the game were written by someone from Hull is quirky and a bit different and somethingwe should be proud of. I think a not606 banner is a terrible idea.
