Lights, camera, action: BT want to change how fans watch games
Every Premier League game could be shown live on television inside the next five years as football embraces the biggest broadcasting revolution since 1992.

Sky and BT Sport may be currently preparing their bids for the next television deal which kicks in for the 2016-17 season.

But the expected £4billion showdown will be peanuts if television and telecoms companies are given the go-ahead to take full advantage of streaming technology when that agreement expires in 2019.

Sunday Mirror Sport understands that there is a growing desire to give fans the opportunity to watch every single game live from the comfort of their own homes.

Couldn't give 2 ****s what contracts the PL sign up to, TV-wise. As long as we are involved I don't care, but that means us staying up!!

The longer the clubs in the PL stay there, meaning more income from TV, the greater the gap between the PL and the Championship. I just wonder what goes through the heads of our board.

For EUR 10 i get 24 hour access to all the games, live. I can watch whicheve one(s) i want on the ipad, phone, laptop...hook up to the tv etc.

Don't do it very often as our games are often on tv anyhow, such as yesterday's regrettably.

Why do they need games to be played all week? Surely it's an opportunity to have all games played simultaneously like it should be.

Good for expats like me, but won't help gates anywhere, unless ticket prices come down
