We need to go for broke. We have to dump Harry or face relegation.

i just wanted to get this in before I am too pissed off and don't want to write anything.

I honestly think we need to change manager now and have another push in this league before we slip into the abyss. I can't see us turning into a good team at the moment.

There is absolutely no excuse at this stage of the league for

    • Players not knowing their roles
    • Players being confused with each other
    • The team not being organised enough to play out a gameplan (a gameplan I hope actually exists?)
    • The team not being as hungry as all other teams in the league.
I'm not usually one for rash decisions and I'm usually positive but we will be in the championship on this form. I can't see Harry turning it around. I'd love him to prove me wrong.

I want to make it clear that I'll still feel the same if we snatch a point. It's not about the result here. It's how terrible the performances are. Performances like this won't work in this league.

Before anyone writes in disagreement, answer this question. Have we ever looked like a truly good team under Harry? We didn't even look good last season! It was the weirdest promotion ever.

    I agree.

We will be relegated with our clueless and more importantly motiveless manager.

Furthermore, I'm not saying the players are faultless. But they would be happier and playing with more confidence if they had better leadership. You cannot say it's a bunch of players underperforming. The manager's job isn't just to make tactics. It's to get the playing staff working in the right way, attitude and all.

Can't argue with the relegation bit or the clueless bit but Harry did look absolutely furious at times today so I'm sure there is still some motivation there he just can't sem to pass it on to the players.

Pulis will motivate his players. Pearson will motivate his players. Pardew will motivate his players. Dyche will motivate his players.Bruce will motivate his players.

Redknapp is past it and we should put him out of his (and our) misery.

Couldn't agree more. A new man, who publicly said some positive things about the players would make a world of difference imo. Constant moaning and making excuses is pathetic. Time is up.

Just posted this on the MD thread....

Very unlikely HR will go- A. He won't resign as no payout and B. TF is busy dealing with the AirAsia problems and he would have to sign it off and find a replacement. We are stuck with him till at least the end if the season I would say!

I don't think TF is the only person with authority and they'd still be able to get him on the phone.

But I somehow also feel we won't see the back of Harry this season. I can't see them firing him, to be honest. He's their man.

    I agree.

As an outsider he appears a beaten man and quite apathetic to the situation. Feeling sorry for himself.

Definitely need someone in with a bit of drive and passion.

It's so obvious, even from a fan from another club!!

I and others have been saying this since West Ham away , he should have gone then. We are now in the position we deserve to be based on straight 10 away defeats , with zero points away we are going down.. It's too now for Pulis , so it to be Hoddle til end of the season then review.

TF is the main man, it'll have to be his choice and it's not something that is likely to be at the front of his mind. The others won't be calling him to bother him about it so it won't happen in my eyes.

I'm quite sure he'll be able to deal with some aspects from there and will be able to receive calls and give go aheads. With 24hrs in each day, he's surely got a bit of time if it's very important, such as relegation.

At no point during this abysmal away run have you been able to say that on another day it could have gone our way.

I think we can also blow this whole quality of away opponents excuse out the window too.

We do need a change and I'm fed up of us breaking records for being **** - the teams that spend less manage to escape that ****ing accolade.

A new manager. Six month contract if there's nobody suitable for the long term. Even Gary ****ing Megson could do no worse!!!

    Would you guys take Sherwood?

A bit left field I know but I think he might work for you guys.

He may be ok but I would finally like to have an outstanding manager. I think Sherwood would end up being underwhelming, even if he kept us up.

I want a manager who really gets us fighting and working to the best of the players' abilities. Is that so much to ask?! Apparently it is at QPR.

    Need to sack him.

Another telling example today, look at Dyche's post match comments about how well they kept there shape.

Contrast that with Harry's approach of just throwing on strikers with no real shape plan or logic. Second half we had no sustained periods of pressure or possession
