I'd agree with playing Barton there away from home. For home games I'd like to think that Fer can play advanced of Henry and keep the ball for us. Once Sandro is fully fit, if he ever is, I'd play him instead of both of them in a holding role.
So let's just get this straight. Are we making excuses for Adel already just in case he had a bad game..?..ie,. Just back from injury etc Just so I know ??
Ozzie, what are you talking about? Can't you at least attempt to live in the real World now and again? Tarbs is too fat to play a whole game. He'd be out of puff in 15 minutes. If he's going to feature it will have to be near the end or if we're desperate and losing 3-0, then throw him on to get him to lose a pound or two. (El Tel, time for you to stop dreaming an' all)
Id love to be proved wrong by 5pm but this is surely not the game to bring Adel back. A horrible windy day oop north against a team who are gonna get in his face and wind him up. Smells of desperation
I agree, this will be the most British game we play all season. I'd like to have seen him at least play a few games from the bench first. I sense a huff rather than a vintage Adel one man show coming up.
