Does anyone know if he was actually injured? There was a bit of talk of an ankle injury and Harry angrily saying that he was injured but not training and not fit but it's always been assumed that he has been waddling around injury free and not doing much else. Have I missed some deep truth that everyone but me is privy to?

For him to be back in training for a week and then pushed into the matchday squad seems a little strange - transfer window it may be but Arry wouldn't just play him in a crucial match for a future transfer and wouldn't bring him into the squad if he wasn't going to play (that would be like expecting to sell something you've only got in the store room out the back of the shop).

It almost, and forgive me for a crazy moment here, seems like they actually did make up and he has been injured but has now recovered.

Probably all smoke and mirrors (with a faint waft of cow pats).

That team actually looks like it could attack. I suspect Adel will only come on if the game is already lost or in te unlikely scenario of us being 3 up with a minute to go.

I don't for one minute expect him to start mate.
Just thought I'd throw that team out there. I quite like it.

In our 3-3 draw with Burnley last season at Loftus Road, Maiga somehow managed to score, so no reason, if played, that Taarabt & Zarate couldn't do so at Turf Moor?

I'd settle for another 3-3, just to break our away duck and not go in the record book alone.

It's the promise of what he might bring in the matches ahead that I'm motivated by.

Forget the past; if he can shine at our next home match vs Manchester United and earn us some precious points; I'll be happy.

Perhaps I'm naive. But for me it's as simple as that! <laugh>

Of course it is a shop window.... but - as this is my first and possibly only away game of the season I'm loving the drama. About to head to Euston. Already had 2 'Too good for you' texts' - the boys are excited.

I think he comes on - scores the winner - runs to us in the crowd - the QPR end orgasm and the he runs over and kisses Harry on the head. Just saying.

Totally agree, would be nice, wouldn't it, especially if Yun were fit and in form. Fingers crossed, one day.....I'd buy Pirlo to play instead of Fer.

I'd be happy far more happy with that than about any other 11 we have seen this season, though what Zarate can do is a huge ?, as Adel's fitness. Barton instead of Vargas would give us the energy and bite this 11 maybe short of.

I would go along with that col apart from playing Fer. He hasn't played that position for Holland or Norwich & I don't think he can!

He can't/won't defend & can only play the "number 10" role. Therefore, it might mean Barton having to have another chance.
