Only if there's a drainpipe to climb onto the roof or if you can climb the fence and avoid the dog or owner on the other side.
Never mind "underprivileged children" when I was a kid if I punctured my football on my mother's rose bushes (happened plenty) I didn't get another one very quickly. I got used to kicking around a punctured football. That's a nice thing Sting is doing but I'm still not going to buy his records.
As a kid I once took someone's drainpipe clean off their wall with a stray shot. I wouldn't trust them to hold one's weight.
It wasn't a particularly hard shot, just seemed to hit it at the perfect angle and position to bring it off the wall. Presumably it wasn't secured very well. It sort of hopped across the pavement a bit and landed between two cars.
Could of do with that from late 90's to the mid 00's on the rough terrain of Bransholme. We went through hundreds of £3 Umbro footballs from Soccer Sports as it was know then
the one in prospect centre with the big bins of mitre and umbro balls? usually size 4 they were always kicked about in the shop
