what attualy happened that night he aint served his time at all, do you think watching tv for a couple of years is justice for what he did, not being able to work that should be the real punishment
Not be able to work? Why the hell has he been released from prison then? He's out now and has as much right to work as anyone.
Your grievance there is with our legal system and not the defendant. In the eyes of the law he has served his time and he's free to work again, end of story.
In the absence of dislike & bad rep buttons I'll just have to come out & say it. You're a moronic ****.
He's not served his time, he's spent 2 and a half years of a 5 year sentence in prison. He's been released but he still has 2 and a half years left to serve. I personally don't think it was rape, and I think if his case is taken seriously it will be overturned, but I don't think he should return to football until his sentence is finished or his conviction is overturned, whichever comes first.
spent convictions take 10 years apparently sales of duct tape has gone throw the roof at oldham, the other players covering their A-holes for the shower after the match, always be prepared the sales man said
He's out of jail now, the best thing he can do is work and pay taxes. Otherwise what is the point in him being out of prison.
****ing hell. It's an education on here, this is the best board on the internet Where the **** do you find them???
Again your grievance is with the legal system, they have decided that 2 and half years in prison was sufficient and his rehabilitation would progress further if he were integrated into society for the further 2 and half years. He's 'done his time' now he's on probation.
I have read it and I see nothing of note to detract from what I have said: This is why I said this: We are not discussing the MacDonald case, as that appears to have been fairly dealt with and is, as they say, a done deal; although there are some clear and definite comparisons to be made to the Evans case. I think it will be very interesting to see what eventually transpires.
Hopefully it will conclude quicker than the worse-case-scenario, just like the name-change review has . . . ..
