Sadly I wouldn't be at all surprised by this. We thought it'd all be over by April 9th 2014. Then it was November, now February.
As I understand it, the club will not be allowed to apply again, the arbitration process is their only option.

What I posted previously, was that if AA was successful at arbitration it wouldn't overturn the original decision, it would just allow him to apply again. Without winning the arbitration, I don't believe he has the option of reapplying.
I think that's a bit unfair on Ehab. I suspect he's got his hands tied and his dad's shotgun pointed to his back. He's never convinced me that he's convinced about daddy's ludicrous idea.
