No - not dies, or resigns. Instead he makes a crass comparison between the Hillsborough case and that of Ched Evans. What an inspiring voice anarl. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02gjjvl http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30737640
He didn't say **** all wrong. He just said miscarriages of justice have happened before, like Hillsborough.
When I heard the headline I thought oh god, what's he said. I then read it and his comments aren't offensive at all. Are we really in a world then when people on social media wet there knickers people have to come out and apologie for nothing?
Perhaps Taylor should have made a very brief statment without reference to any of what he did today. As there is an appeal going ahead then he should not be commenting about the case as Evans is (at present) a convicted rapist. He shouldn't be talking about miscarriages of justice like he did under the guise of the PFA. This press conference should have kept it simple. Bad PR comes to mind. Just a note to you all mentioning about the twitterati and social media going mental when someone makes a comment that they don't agree with, well remember that the next time someone closer to home says something you don't agree with. But I bet that is different! I'm not sorry.
