He had to prove she said yes to be innocent. The jury didn't think he did prove it, so he was proved guilty. MacDonald did prove she consented and was proved innocent.

The people who are coming off worse are the people who are media. There are far greater issues for them to look at and issues I wholeheartedly support. This is not one of them. IMO, it's up to employers to decide his fate rather than morons on twitter.
