Hated the new layout at first, but starting to like it more and more. If we can just get more posters posting on our board, than it would be banging.
I hated it at first, couldn`t get it to work right but SD advised me to change browser and now think it`s much more user friendly than the old one
This site has all sorts of bugs when being accessed through an iPad. You can't click within the text to go back and edit, you have to close down the keyboard and then reopen it each time you want to move the cursor through your reply. And the stupid bar from the top of the screen covers half the reply so if I quote someone I can't see the quote while I'm typing. It's buggy as hell.
The first thing I look at when I open Not606 is the top corner... and I get a tingling down my spine if the flag is orange with a number next to it. If the number is greater than '1' then I do this:
On Firefox now, was on Explorer. With Explorer the options bar at the top of the posting box was missing (smilies, text options etc) and the keyboard didn`t work properly missing letters out of most words, also if i pressed the back arrow key the cursor went to top of page.
also i still can't change my profile to anything other than registered user [makes me sound like a drug addict] Piskie tells me that i need to amend/edit something in profile between Avatar and Gender - yet it isn't there he says the running order should be - 'Status Message' 'Avatar' 'Custom Title' 'Gender' any help please
I've asked the supermods if there is a way to do it for you. On the old site they had the tools to change it, but I'm not sure about this new platform. As soon as somebody has come back to me I'll let you know fella.
